Payments are accepted via bank transfer or other methods we approve in writing. If you cancel a service after work has begun, you may be liable for costs incurred up to the date of cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of approval and will exclude any non-refundable deposits, administrative fees, or costs of materials already procured. We do not offer refunds for completed installations or services that have been fully rendered.
